I am a BACP accredited counsellor offering face to face counselling in Heworth, York. I also work online with clients across the UK. I see many younger adults (18–40s) including many university students, LGBTQ+ and autistic people.
​
I provide counselling for a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, low confidence, relationship and family problems.
You can have regular weekly or fortnightly sessions or meet as and when you choose.

It know is not always easy to talk to family and friends. You may feel concerned that they won't understand or that they will judge you. You may not want to worry them or feel they are part of the problem.

Counselling give you some space, some support and offers you possibilities. It can help you understand what is holding you back. take you beyond coping. With greater awareness, you can begin to approach life differently and make changes that feel right for you.
