A warm welcome. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or stuck for a while, you may find counselling helpful.

I provide one to one counselling for adults. I am particularly experienced at working with younger adults (18-40), university students and autistic people.

Early adulthood can be a time of significant change in relation to family, relationships, study, work and identity. I know, from my own experience, that the move from student life to working life can be particularly difficult. Now may also be a time when you are becoming aware of the impact of your past on your present and you want to better understand this.

Reasons you might come for counselling with me:

  • Feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed. You may be struggling with perfectionism, procrastination, people pleasing or self criticism.

  • Wanting to talk about and make sense of past and current difficult experiences including bullying, family problems, loss and illness.

  • Dealing with challenging life transitions including starting university, moving from student life to work life, study and career changes.

Counselling is conversation that focuses on you.  It gives you the opportunity to talk about anything that is causing you concern or distress. Together we can try and make sense of your feelings and find new ways forward.

I work on Tuesday and Wednesday day times. Please use the contact me button to find out my current availability.
