A warm welcome. I provide 1:1 counselling for adults. I am particularly experienced at working with younger adults (18-30s), university students, LGBT+ people and autistic people. ​

​ Reasons that you may decide to come for counselling include:

• You are feeling anxious, depressed, have low self esteem.

• You want to make sense of difficult experiences such as bullying, family problems and bereavement.

​

• You are dealing with a challenging life transition including ending a relationship, starting a new job or leaving university.

​

• You don't know what's wrong,  but you want to improve things.

​

Counselling is a conversation that focuses on you.  It gives you the opportunity to talk confidentially about anything that is causing you concern or distress. Together we can try and make sense of your feelings and find new ways forward.
