A warm welcome. I provide one to one counselling for adults. I am particularly experienced at working with young adults (18-30s), university students, LGBT+ people and autistic people.

If you have been feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or stuck for a while, you may find counselling helpful.

Early adulthood can be a time of significant turbulence and change. This may be in relation to family, relationships, study, work or identity.

Reasons that you may decide to come for counselling include:

  • You are feeling anxious, depressed or both. Many clients I see are struggling with self-criticism, perfectionism, procrastination and people pleasing all of which can have a significant emotional impact.

  • You want to make sense of current or past difficult experiences including bullying, family problems and bereavement.

  • You are dealing with a challenging life transition including starting or ending university, a job or relationship.

  • You don't know what's wrong,  but you want to improve things.

Counselling is confidential conversation that focuses on you.  It gives you the opportunity to talk about anything that is causing you concern or distress. Together we can try and make sense of your feelings and find new ways forward.

I work on Tuesdays (10am-5pm), Wednesdays (10am-8pm) and Thursdays (8.30am, Zoom only). If you would like to book a first session please use the "Contact me" button and let me know a bit about yourself and your availability.

I look forward to hearing from you.
