A warm welcome. I am an experienced, accredited counsellor offering therapy to young adults who may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or stuck.

I mainly work with people aged 18-40 including many university students, LGBTQ+ and autistic people.

I provide weekly or fortnightly counselling for a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, loss, family and relationship difficulties.

It know is not always easy to talk to family and friends. You may feel concerned that they won't understand or that they will judge you.

Counselling is a space where you can talk about whatever is feeling of concern to you, including, or perhaps especially, topics and feelings it may feel difficult to approach in your usual conversations.

Counselling can help you to:

  • Identify and manage difficult feelings.

  • Gain new insights and perspectives about yourself.

  • Improve your relationships with your self and others.

  • Find new ways to deal with problems.

  • Increase your self esteem and confidence.

All of which can improve your quality of life and wellbeing.
